adequate hotel stay
perfect location minute walk really good breakfast horrendous lift hallway a c room image
the location was perfect. the metro station was a five minute walk. the staff were amazing, they also allowed us to check in earlier.
the lifts are horrendous. you spend the majority of your time waiting. there was no a/c in the lifts or hallways, it was very suffocating. the images they have uploaded are not at all what the rooms were like!

excellent service free transportation
The hotel is near the Financial Centre metro station. It is a short walk. The breakfast had GOOD options and the service was excellent. They offered free transportation to Mall of Emirates.
The elevator system can be SLOW, so there may be a little wait.

The breakfast was worth the money. The staff seemed kind and assistant at every time. My room was spacious, clean, and fresh with everything needed inside. I also found that the valet free parking service worked greatly.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak times. I sometimes waited longer than I preferred.

My room included a king-sized bed. It also featured city views. I appreciated the cleanliness and available amenities such as a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine to make myself at home.

The breakfast buffet provided many options. These options included both hot and cold items. I found the restaurant staff attentive and quick to replenish the food. The dining area was spacious and well kept too.

The fitness center offered several cardio machines. I saw that the equipment was modern. The rooftop pool was clean. It had ample seating. I made the most of the available valet parking service.

This location is near main attractions. Access to the metro is easy. Several restaurants and shops are close. This made getting around the city quite convenient.

metro proximity shuttle service friendly service smooth check-in
My 'beautiful studio 1 king bed city view includes food & beverage' was very comfortable. i appreciated the proximity to the metro station, a real bonus. the complimentary shuttle service to major malls saved me a lot on transportation costs. i also liked the prompt and friendly service from the reception staff. Check-in was smooth.
The elevator wait times could be lengthy, especially during peak hours. I think that's worth considering.

some issues, some perks
long elevator wait leaky bathroom faucet
The elevators seemed a bit dodgey. i swear, waiting for one took forever. Seemed like 10 minutes each time. then, the room itself wasn't super clean. the bathroom faucet leaked, and it looked like someone tried patching it up with tape before i even got there. so helpful.
